Break the loop of addiction
Addiction isn’t just about drugs.
It’s the compulsion to escape.

Scrolling when we should be sleeping
Porn when we’re lonely
Work when we feel worthless
Sex to feel validated
Drinking to take the edge off
Chasing dopamine like it’s oxygen
Even “healthy” addictions… like hustle, fitness, or productivity… can quietly pull us away from presence... and away from ourselves.
