I wrote a new book. It’s called DIAL in Your Leadership, and it launches this Monday, April 6.

The book is about the four things I kept seeing in leaders people actually trusted... not just admired, but genuinely trusted. Whether it was in the SEAL Teams, in corporate boardrooms, or in the families I coach, the same four qualities kept surfacing: Discipline, Integrity, Authenticity, and Learning.

I call it the DIAL model. And I wrote this book for anyone who’s ever felt the gap between the leader they want to be and the one they’re actually showing up as.
