Welcome to the latest edition of our Frogman Mindfulness newsletter/blog! In this issue, we tackle an often-unspoken topic, but one that can have a profound impact on our lives – self-sabotage.
Self-sabotage is the act of undermining our own progress, goals, and dreams. It's a deeply ingrained pattern, often driven by subconscious fears and negative self-belief. As peculiar as it sounds, sometimes, we become our own worst enemy. But why do we do it? And more importantly, how can we stop?
We recently had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Robb Kelly on our "Men Talking Mindfulness" podcast, where we delved deep into these questions (listen here). Dr. Kelly is a world-renowned addiction and self-sabotage expert who has dedicated his life to helping individuals overcome these destructive patterns.
